Scope of these Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the services, events, ticket purchases, gift vouchers, and related orders and bookings available through the website melengedo.com.
By using the website, submitting a booking or registration, or purchasing a ticket or gift voucher, the user accepts the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
Nature of the Services
The provider may offer, in particular, the following through the website: individual or group sessions, sound baths, meditation and self-awareness sessions, events announced for specific dates, ticket purchases for events, gift vouchers, related information, newsletters and contact options.
The services, dates, locations, participation fees, and other conditions displayed on the website may be subject to change.
Formation of the Contract
A contract between the user and the provider is formed when the user submits an order, booking, or registration and the provider confirms it, or when the ticket purchase or payment has been completed.
The provider is entitled to refuse a registration or order in justified cases, especially in the event of a technical error, incorrect price, incorrect availability or capacity information, or abusive use.
Prices and Payment
The prices displayed on the website are the prices determined by the provider. The currency of the prices and any applicable tax information are indicated in the relevant offer or during the payment process.
Payment may be made online through the payment options available on the website or in individual cases, by another method agreed with the provider.
The provider reserves the right to change prices. However, confirmed or already paid orders will always be subject to the price valid at the time of the order.
Ticket Purchases and Event Participation
An event ticket entitles the purchaser to participate in the specified event, at the specified time and under the specified conditions.
The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate information. The provider does not accept liability for any damage or disadvantage resulting from incorrect or incomplete data.
The provider reserves the right to change the date, location, or details of an event in justified cases. In such cases, the purchaser will be notified through the contact details provided.
The provider is entitled to refuse participation if a participant’s behaviour endangers the safe or peaceful conduct of the event.
Gift Vouchers
The provider may also sell gift vouchers or accept orders for gift vouchers.
A gift voucher may only be used according to the conditions stated on the voucher itself or in the related information. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, unless required by mandatory legal provisions.
The period of validity, method of use, possible restrictions and redemption conditions of a gift voucher are determined by the provider in the relevant offer or in the information related to the voucher.
Cancellation, Changes, and Non-Attendance
If the provider publishes specific cancellation or rebooking conditions for a particular event or service, those specific conditions shall apply.
If no specific conditions are stated, the provider may decide at its own discretion whether to offer rebooking, partial credit, or another solution.
A participant’s non-attendance does not in itself create an automatic right to a refund, unless required by law or by separately published conditions.
Information on the Right of Withdrawal
A consumer is any natural person who acts for purposes that are outside their trade, business or profession.
In the case of online contracts, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
In the case of event tickets and participation rights for a specific date or period, the consumer does not have a 14-day right of withdrawal if the service is related to leisure activities and the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
Accordingly, consumers do not have a 14-day right of withdrawal in the case of event tickets, participation tickets for events, and similar bookings for a specific date or period.
In the case of the purchase of a gift voucher, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, unless a statutory exception applies.
In the case of a contract for the provision of services or for a gift voucher sent electronically, the withdrawal period begins on the day after the conclusion of the contract.
In the case of a contract for the sale of goods, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
Where the right of withdrawal exists under the law, the following rules apply.
